Another VIN question, please

I am looking to see where all for the California Plants were located. I have four of the six Plants, Just need to other two....E and G.

C = Van Nuys, California
D = Northridge, California
E = ?
F = Northridge, California
G = Northridge, California
H - ?

Also, looking for the two Washington Plant locations? I know that Battle Ground is for one of them, or possibly both. Not too sure on this.
