They did a good job... and whats that? a photo of wall repairs and new insulation? WHAT? I think they did a tasteful job with this.

Hamlet (AKA Party Pooper) here. He did all that work on the walls, but what's with the really wrinkly ceiling painted white? And why did he put carpet and Laminate down? Other than those two, it seems pretty decent.

Me think Hamlet has an excellent point about the "crinkly" ceiling. Just found the ad from last year when it sold out of Oregon for $1 grand less. Those are all photos from last year and apparently has had her fair share of previous owners. I likey layout but she has been kept outdoors in the rain. If you look closely at the wood framework repairs, many of the the joints don't connect. And who wants a "ghost" frame?
