Another thing to check, is the marker lights above the rear window. If the water seeps in around them through the skin, it will run downhill till it can surface somewhere. Your new indications of leaks may not be from the parts that were redone, but rather some simple thing that you have not done yet.

Good afternoon Jason and Kelly,
I have the exact same trailer, found the same original papers in mine also, even the dealer delivery checklist. Bought it 15 years ago ($200) to use as my pit vehicle in my kart racing at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. I removed the stove and installed my tool box, heater out for the compressor and water tank out for a helmet rack. Otherwise, it is all original. I just got around to replacing the tires last year, the date on them was 1982. I pull it about 1000 miles a year from my home in Maine to the track and back. Just repaired some small leaks around the roof vent and replaced the associated rotten wood. It is a great workhorse trailer.
I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
Good luck, Greg
