Im gutting all the old paneling off the ceiling and walls of my 62 Shasta, ive noticed that the 1x material has a tendency to sag.I was thinking about replacing with 2x material, has anyone else beefed up their ceilings?

there was thread a while back with pics of a new kind of ceiling joist, with a top and bottom "Like a bow that you shoot an arrow from" if that makes any sense.
