What's the best free blog site/host?

Since the photo issues with the upgrade occured, and I was guilty of not using a hosting site, I want to start a blog.

Is there a blog site that is better than another? I assume there are free ones. Due to the photo volume for restorations storage limits would be one consideration.

Blogspot.com has been really good and most on here use it. It's also a Google company
