You mean like this? Bob and Cindy Ross set up with the Aljoa at Newport Dunes last summer.  I have seen pics of Bob and Cindy's rally setup - one of my favorites! They really know how to prop!! Love the awning curtains. |

I would love it, and about painting walls and cupboards? Yes painting walls and cupboards etc, Those seem to be a big part of Glamping too. I`m glad that you`ve shown an interest as I`ve seen your work . You`d be a great asset to a glamping section. |

Nah, not uptight at all....in fact I have it on good authority that Hamlet has visited this GLAMPING titled thread, and even posted on it several times ;D. Bo and I usually only have a table, couple of folding chairs and a cooler set out. |

I'm in for a glamping section too, if only as a part of the board that we can talk about design, asthetic etc.... I just was interviewed by a woman from the Netherlands yesterday and she is doing her thesis on you guessed it .....glamping!

"Glamping" is not even a real word,,, but I guess a "glamping area" would be interesting.. my wife certainly falls into this area, she must have AC, TV, internent access, laptop, all cooking utensils, etc

In the 80's, my inlaws belonged to a RV camping club. My mother-in-law and the other wives would set up with fancy dishes, tableclothes, hanging lights (which now sell on eBay for big bucks), put out rugs, etc. I guess they were some of the original glampers! I thought she was so weird, now I'm doing the same thing - please don't tell her  |
